3M™ Microfinishing Film Roll

Use 3M Microfinishing Film Roll for flat lapping and finishing applications. Our film rolls use micron graded particles which are electrostatically coated onto a high strength polyester film backing. Offering precision cutting and close tolerance finishes, film rolls feature a closed coat abrasive surface that is coated with a dry lubricant to resist loading. They can be used for performing the finishing process in industrial cylindrical parts and polishing engine components such as camshafts or crankshafts. Choose from a 3 mil or 5 mil polyester film backing.
